The Phoenix Suite is currently undergoing a significant technology enhancement programme, including the installation of new amplifiers, mixers, microphones, upgraded audio systems, surround sound and a state-of-the-art AV lectern. In addition, our conference rooms are being equipped with advanced conference soundbars to support seamless Teams integration, video conferencing, conference calls and remote collaboration. Our largest and most impressive event space, the Phoenix Suite, offers exceptional flexibility for larger conferences and events. Accommodating up to 120 delegates cabaret style, 150 theatre style, 160 guests for banqueting, or 250 guests for receptions, the suite is perfectly suited to a variety of corporate and social occasions. The Phoenix Suite offers a bright and inviting setting that seamlessly blends character and practicality.

Onsite, we have our Toptracer driving range available for team building, however we do also work closely with Bright Vision who can supply a range of different activities either indoors or out on our front lawn. Yes, parking is complimentary for all guests at Draycote Hotel for up to 150 cars. We do also have EV charging points available.
