"I have been working in events for the last 13 years, including whilst studying Event Management at Coventry University which I graduated in 2016. I started in operations and have transitioned over the years to sales and planning roles. With experience in a variety of venues from a Grade II listed barn hosting weddings to rugby stadiums to music festivals and Christmas parties in large marques. I have most recently spent the last two years as the Meeting and Events Sales Executive at Billesley Manor Hotel."

Draycote Hotel & Whitefields Golf Club are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager (Conference & Events) to join our team.
📍 Based in Rugby, Warwickshire (with 2 days home working)
💼 Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours pw, 5 days out of 7)
💷 £32,000 + Performance Related Pay
If you have:
- 3+ years’ experience in hotel, hospitality, conference & events marketing
- A proven track record of driving sales growth through creative campaigns
- Strong skills in digital marketing, social media, and WordPress
-A passion for delivering results across weddings, events, accommodation, F&B and golf
