Before your visit to Draycote Hotel...
What is the time of check-in and check-out of the hotel?
Check in from 3pm and check out is at 11am.
If you arrive before the check-in time, you can leave your luggage in the luggage room and enjoy the common areas of the Hotel.
Is there parking at the hotel:?
Yes we offer free parking.
Is there access to Wi-FI?
Yes, you can enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and golf club.
What time is breakfast served?
For buffet and Continental:
Monday – Friday: 6:30am – 9:30am
Saturday – Sunday: 7:30am – 10:00am
For à la carte breakfast in the Fairways Bar:
7:00am – 12:00pm
What are The Three Cooks opening times?
The Three Cooks is an all day restaurant serving from 12pm until 9pm.
What time is Sunday Lunch served?
Our Sunday Lunch is served from 12pm until 5pm with reservations highly recommended.
Do you offer takeaway service?
We offer a collection service on all our food offerings.
Is the hotel reception desk open 24 hours a day?
The reception is manned from 7.00 -21.00 hours, out of hours information and support, contact the Duty Manager in the Three Cooks Bar or the Night Porter.
Are pets allowed?
We know that your best friend is very important to you but, due to hygiene and security reasons in our hotels and apartments, pets are not allowed.
Can I make a special request for my reservation?
If you have any preference regarding the views, location of the room inside the hotel, distribution of the beds, or any other subject relating to your reservation, you must contact the reception directly. You will find the contact details on the page of each Hotel. Whenever possible, our reception team will do everything in their power to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible, but we can not guarantee the requests.

Are there TV’s in rooms?
there are free view channels in all guest rooms and Sky sports/BT Sports shown in the Lobby, Fairways Bar and Big Screen in the Fairways garden.
Do you provide cots?
Yes on prior request for £10.00
Up to what age are they considered children?
Children up to the age of 12 residing in parents room stay free of charge. Extra beds £10.00, maximum two children per room, Club rooms only.
How do I get in touch with the relevant departments?
For Weddings, Conference and Events, please send your enquiry via the website and we will respond within 48 hours.
Out of hours, please leave a message and we will respond within 48 hours.

What documents do I need to check-in upon arrival at the hotel?
On check-in you will be asked to confirm your email address and mobile number, so we can contact you as required. Your car registration number and full payment for flexible reservations is made on check-in.
Do you make discounts for groups?
Negotiable subject to circumstances.
Do your hotels have lifts/elevators?
No, Club rooms are located on the ground floor and Classic rooms on the first floor
Accessible rooms are located on the ground floor.

There is no room service provided at the hotel as we prefer to offer the full range of food and beverages in the lobby and at The Three Cooks Restaurant and Bar. We are happy to provide a tray if you wish eat in your room.
